I spent quite some time looking on the internet to find the right personal trainer (PT) to help me with my health and body goals running up to my wedding day, Jazzy-B fitness clearly stood out from the rest.
The first time I met Beth she was friendly, enthusiastic, she clearly loves her job and made me feel very much at ease. I didn’t want a PT who had a ‘Bootcamp’ style of fitness, and thankfully Beth was so approachable but still somehow pushed and challenged me in a positive way; I was amazed what I could achieve!
Needless to say, I felt great on my wedding day (thanks Beth!) but I loved my weekly PT sessions so much and felt stronger & healthier I just had to continue. I am now also going to her Boxercise sessions on a Monday… they are so much fun and everyone is extremely friendly.
Often after a stressful day at work, you feel that exercise is the last thing you want to do, but trust me an hour of Boxercise makes you feel reinvigorated and all that stress and tension disappears.
Beth is also a genuinely lovely person who is passionate about health and exercise and helping others to achieve their goals, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her/Boxercise classes to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
